By accessing or using ToolsToHelp.Me and its subdomains (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

ToolsToHelp.Me provides a collection of free digital tools, including but not limited to:

• Invoice generation and management
• PDF manipulation tools (merge, split, compress, convert)
• QR code creation and design tools
• Credit building education and resources

User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the tools only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service
• Not use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Take responsibility for any documents you create using our tools
• Ensure that any information you input into our tools is accurate to the best of your knowledge

Free Use and Daily Limits

Some tools can be tried a limited number of times each day without an account. This limit resets daily and is meant for normal personal use. Do not attempt to work around it, for example by clearing cookies, switching browsers, or creating more than one account for yourself. A free account removes the daily limit in the QR Code Generator and raises it in PDF Tools.

Accounts

A ToolsToHelp.Me account is optional and free. Every tool works without one. If you create an account:

• It is for one person. Do not share your account or create one on someone else's behalf.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide an accurate email address so we can reach you about your account.
• We may suspend or close an account we believe is being used to abuse the Service.
• You can close your account at any time from Account Settings. Closing it removes your ToolsToHelp.Me sign-in. Your saved work inside each tool stays there until you delete it in that tool.
• If we discontinue a tool, we will give notice before removing any saved data tied to it, so you have a chance to export or delete it first.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and underlying code, is the property of ToolsToHelp.Me. Documents you create using our tools belong to you. We claim no ownership over content you generate through our platform.
